The challenge to change an x garage into a modern, with high aesthetic quality bakery, was quite big. Even bigger was our bold idea to use very dark colours, something that right after the project finished, became a trend for many other bakeries in the city. The clear forms, the earthly materials and the lighting design to the point, worked together very well in order to showcase the baked goods.
